Returns and Exchanges

At CodaBow, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your bow.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bow within 30 days for full refund (less any trial fees applied) or exchange.  All returns must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dings or scrapes and include all original packaging. Returned items not adhering to this policy will be subject to a restocking/handling fee based on the amount of damage.

Trial Terms and Conditions

A trial bow is available for a 7-day period that starts upon delivery of the bow. The trial fee is non-refundable; however, the fee is applied towards a final purchase that is completed within 90 days of the initial trial. If the bow is not returned upon the completion of the trial, it is considered purchased, and the credit card will be charged the full amount of the bow. To avoid additional charges, the bow must be shipped back to CodaBow International, 876 E. Third Street Winona, MN 55987 by the 7th day of the trial term. Use the original packaging and the return label included with the bow. Bow must be returned in like-new condition; customer is responsible for any damage or loss during the term of the trial.


Warranty Information

We stand by our customers and back our bows with the best warranties in the industry.

We warrant the shaft of your CodaBow against defects in workmanship and material for the term of the warranty under normal playing conditions. (Warranty term for each model is specified in its FEATURES page.) CodaBow Warranty is available only to the original owner for a new CodaBow purchased from an Authorized CodaBow Dealer. A warranty will not be activated for a bow that was pre-owned or purchased through unauthorized channels.  To receive a warranty repair or replacement, the owner of the bow must return it to the CodaBow Workshop in Winona, MN for evaluation. The warranty does not apply to routine care and maintenance such as rehairs; however, registering your CodaBow does avail the owner to several workshop benefits.

To return your bow for a service or warranty request:

1. To send in your CodaBow for warranty evaluation or service please complete the SERVICE REQUEST FORM.

2. Package the items safely and include a copy of the form in the package so that we can identify your bow when it arrives. We recommend using a bow case or bubble wrap and a poster tube for shipment. Address it to CodaBow International Customer Service Dept. 879 East Third Street, Winona MN 55987

3. At the completion of your workshop service, we will email your invoice and payment link. Your bow will ship back to you upon payment.

4. Please allow a two week turnaround for service plus round-trip shipping.

SERVICE COSTS: Rehairs cost $69 for current CodaBow models, $79 for bass models, and $89 for discontinued models plus a return shipping fee of $24. Other services please call or email for quote.

Security and Privacy

Your information is private and should remain private.  We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.  As appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.  CodaBow will never sell, trade, or transfer any of your information to third parties without notice and your permission.
