The health, safety and well-being of the CodaBow team, our consumers and the communities in which we live, work and play are the most important consideration today and always.

The following are links to the protocols we take when we package our bows for delivery and when we receive an in-coming bow for service work:

Fulfillment: The following protocol demonstrates the care we take in packing our bows that will be delivered to a Dealer or directly to you:

  • Any employees packing the bow must wear latex gloves
  • All bows being shipped are subject to safe handling protocols, which include a wipe down with an alcohol solution, before they are packed and sent
Receiving bows for Service Work: The following protocol is followed for bows we receive for servicing:
  • All bows received for re-hairing or refurbishment will be subject to safe handling protocols which include a wipe down with an alcohol solution before they are re-haired or refurbished to kill any possible contagions.
  • All bows received from an in-home trial or rental will be subject to safe handling protocols which includes a wipe down with an alcohol solution to kill any possible contagions.
