Exploratory

Never miss a beat when you send your CodaBow in for service. With CodaBow’s Exploratory Service Program, you now have the option to receive up to three CodaBow models to use during the time of your service. You can request your current model or explore our other models when submitting a service request. This service is a non-refundable, one-time charge of $25 which covers roundtrip shipping.

  • With our Customer Portal, you never have to question what stage your bow is at in the service process or wonder when your last rehair was. Sign up for our portal to submit a request and see your past tickets.

How long is the standard turnaround time for service?

Ten to twelve business days. If you need your service expedited, let our service team know and we will do our best to accommodate.

I am located outside of the United States. Can I still fill out a Service Request Form?

For international service requests, we recommend having your bow serviced locally. However, if you prefer to send your bow to our facility, complete a service request above. We are happy to help!

Can I take my bow to any luthier for a rehair?

Yes! CodaBows can be rehaired just like any other bow. You can take your CodaBow to your local luthier or send it to our facility in Winona, MN.

Why has my bow stopped tightening/loosening?

Your bow is likely in need of a rehair. We recommend getting bows rehaired every six to twelve months.

The button screw is tight and hard to turn, what can I do?

There are a few different possible causes for this. Email our team at bows@codabow.com and we will assist you.

My bow seems to be warped, what should I do?

Every CodaBow goes through several quality checks before leaving our facility, including straightness tests. CodaBows are made from carbon fiber, making it near impossible for the material to warp. If you believe your bow is warped, please contact us.

I think I have a warranty claim, what do I do?

A warranty claim needs to be diagnosed by a CodaBow technician, in-house. Complete a service request form above and let us know of any warranty concerns.

What does my warranty cover?

We warrant the shaft of your CodaBow against defects in workmanship and material for the term of the warranty under normal playing conditions. Read more about your CodaBow warranty here and be sure to register your bow within 90 days of your purchase!
