Trial Terms and Conditions:

The bows are available for trial for a 7-day period upon the payment of a $35 non-refundable trial fee (additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii). The bow is shipped upon payment of the trial fee and the trial period begins on the day the bow is delivered. CodaBow will cover the costs of shipping the bow and will include a return label and return instructions should the customer decide to return the bow on the 7th and final day of their trial period. Prior to the end of the trial period, CodaBow will contact the customer to discuss how the customer would like to proceed. If applicable, the customer may either purchase the trial bow or pay to have a new bow sent to them. If the bow is not returned upon the completion of the trial, it will be considered purchased, and CodaBow will send the customer an invoice for the total cost of the bow. Failure to return the bow or timely pay the invoice shall constitute a breach of these Trial Terms and Conditions for which CodaBow will be entitled to recover all costs and expenses, including attorneys fees. If applicable, when returning the bow, the customer will use the original packaging and the return label included with the bow, And the bow must be returned in like-new condition. The customer will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the bow during the term of the trial.

Exploratory Service Terms and Policy

The Exploratory bows are available for use for the period of time the customer’s  bow is in our service department upon the payment of a $25 non-refundable trial fee and payment for requested service. The bow(s) are shipped upon payment of the service fees and the Exploratory period begins on the day the bow(s) are delivered. CodaBow will cover the costs of shipping the bow and will include a return label and instructions for sending the service bow to the CodaBow facility. The customer is expected to ship their service bow within 2 days of receiving the Exploratory Bow shipment. Prior to the end of the service, CodaBow will contact the customer to discuss how the customer would like to proceed. If applicable, the customer may either purchase the Exploratory bow(s) or return them upon receiving the serviced bow back. If the Exploratory bows are not returned upon the completion of the service, it will be considered purchased, and CodaBow will send the customer an invoice for the total cost of the bow. Failure to return the bow(s) or timely pay the invoice shall constitute a breach of these Exploratory Service Terms and Conditions for which CodaBow will be entitled to recover all costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees. If applicable, when returning the bow(s), the customer will use the original packaging and the return label included with their completed service bow, and the bow(s) must be returned in like-new condition. The customer will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the bow during the term of the trial.

Warranty:

We warrant the shaft of your CodaBow against defects in workmanship and material for the term of the warranty under normal playing conditions. CodaBow Warranty is available only to the original owner for a new CodaBow purchased from an Authorized CodaBow Dealer. A warranty will not be activated for a bow that was pre-owned or purchased through unauthorized channels. CodaBows must be registered within 90 days of the purchase date to activate the warranty. Failing to register your CodaBow within these 90 days will void the warranty. To receive a warranty repair or replacement, the owner of the bow must return it to the CodaBow Workshop in Winona, MN for evaluation. CodaBow Trade-Up Program:

Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Discount and credits will be based off the bow's warranty, age, condition, and MSRP at the time of purchase. All sales are considered final and will be non-refundable with the exception of manufacturers warranty.

Shipping

Domestic and International Orders receive free shipping. The recipient of international shipments is responsible for any import taxes/customs duties and fees, which are added to your order after entering billing and shipping information. CodaBow cannot estimate these charges, and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

CodaBow needs the contact information you provide to us to contact you in regards to the giveaway winner. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time. All free gift and giveaway offers are valid while supplies last.

International Privacy Policy

Standard Purchase Return / Exchange Policy:

At CodaBow, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your bow.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bow within 30 days for full refund (less any trial and shipping fees applied) or exchange.  All returns must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dings, or scrapes and include all original packaging. Returned items not adhering to this policy will be subject to a restocking/handling fee based on the amount of damage. The 30-day return policy begins the day the bow leaves the CodaBow facility.

Bow cases and unused rosin in their original condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of leaving the CodaBow facility. Damaged cases and used rosin will not be accepted for returns. If CodaBow receives ineligible items for return, they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Other accessories not eligible for return include humidity packs and cleaning cloths. In the instance of a return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Custom Bow Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

Return Terms 

CodaBow Custom Bows including, but not limited to, Marquise Custom Bows, Custom Colored Bows, “Chroma” (Custom Shop Bows), Limited Edition Bows, or bows with personal engravings (collectively, “Custom Bows”) are not eligible for changes, returns, exchanges or discounts. Due to each Custom Bow's personalized nature, CodaBow cannot cancel or modify any Custom Bow orders once they are placed. All Custom Bow sales are considered final. 

Disclaimer 

Buyer agrees the Custom Bows are sold “AS IS” and may differ slightly from the bows displayed on any customization tool. Customer agrees the bows displayed are graphic representations only. CodaBow will produce Custom Bows as submitted and cannot be held accountable for any Buyer errors. All Custom Bow designs are and shall remain the sole property of CodaBow. 

Pricing 

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices will be confirmed on the date of order. 

Delivery 

CodaBow aims to deliver Custom Bows within 14 days of the order date. Customer acknowledges this timeframe is an estimate and is subject to delay. 

Warranty 

At CodaBow, we intend for our relationships, like our Custom Bows, to last a lifetime. That’s why we proudly stand by our customers and our Custom Bows, offering the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. Our warranty covers the shaft of your Custom Bow against any defects in workmanship and materials for so long as YOU own the Custom Bow, under normal playing conditions and subject to ordinary wear and tear. This promise is our commitment to you, the original registered owner, and cannot be reassigned. Treat your Custom Bow with care and it will reward you with a lifetime of playing. 

Our CodaBow lifetime warranty is available ONLY to you on a Chroma Custom Bow purchased through an AUTHORIZED CodaBow Dealer and must be registered within 90 days of the original purchase date to activate the warranty. 

Standard Chroma models such as Chroma Diamond SX, Joule, and Luma will receive a 10-year warranty and must be registered within 90 days of the original purchase date to activate the warranty. 

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the frog on your Chroma Custom Bow has a limited one-year warranty that begins on the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship or material.
