You can either select one of CodaBow's standard models and make cosmetic changes or create a fully customized bow. All Chroma purchases are considered final (see Terms here).

Chroma Standard

Choose one of CodaBow's standard models (Diamond SX, Joule, Luma). From there you can customize any color of the bow including shaft, and leather grip. You can also change the winding pattern and make custom personlizations, such as adding your name to the bow. 

Chroma Custom

Create a fully customized bow where you get to customize everything from the frog, bow action, and hair. This will ensure you get the perfect bow for you and your playing style. You can also customize the color of everything on your bow and add custom personalizations.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Due to each Custom Bow's personalized nature, CodaBow cannot cancel or modify any Custom Bow orders once they are placed. All Custom Bow sales are considered final.

How long will my bow take to arrive?

We strive to deliver your Custom Bow within 14 days of the order date. This timeframe is an estimate and is subject to delay.

Do you have financing options for Chroma Custom?

You can use Affirm or Shop Pay to Buy Now and Pay Later.

What Warranty exists for the Chroma Custom bows?

Chroma Custom: Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering the shaft of your bow against any defects in workmanship and materials

Chroma Standard: Limited 10-Year Warranty, covering the shaft of your bow against any defects in workmanship and materials

Can I get an existing model customized in the Chroma Custom shop?

Yes! You can modify any Chroma Standard model: Diamond SX, Joule, and Luma.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

For domestic orders, your bow will be shipped through FedEx. For international orders, your bow will be shipped through DHL. You will receive tracking information once your custom bow leaves our Winona factory.

Are Chroma CodaBows made in America?

Yes, all CodaBows are manufactured at our factory in Winona, Minnesota.

What should I do if I need assistance with my Chroma CodaBow?
